ADE Marketing is one of Malaysia's longest-running search practices. We have worked through more than a decade of Google updates, and we do three things properly: SEO, Google Ads, and GEO. We are deliberately small and senior, which shapes how we hire.

How we work

We are a lean team, not an account-management layer cake. The person who scopes the work tends to be the person who does it, and clients talk to practitioners rather than a chain of middlemen. We keep retainers long because real search results compound over months, and we would rather do fewer engagements well than churn through many.

That means everyone here carries real responsibility early. There is no hiding behind a big org chart, and the upside is you see your work move actual numbers for real businesses.

Who we tend to hire

We care more about how you think than about a list of certifications. The people who do well here usually share a few traits:

• You are genuinely curious about how search works, and you read the changes rather than waiting to be told.
• You can write and explain clearly. Most of the job is making complicated things simple for a client.
• You check your own work and own your mistakes. We report honestly to clients, so we need people who are honest internally first.
• You want to go deep on SEO, paid search, or AI-driven search, rather than skim the surface of all three.

Open roles

We do not keep a long list of vacancies. We hire when we meet someone good, so there may or may not be a specific role open when you read this. If the way we work sounds like you, get in touch anyway. A strong speculative application has started plenty of good things here.
